Network Engineer (SME) L2 Support

Job Responsibilities:

• Remotely configure Routers and Switches
• Develop and enhance speed of networks
• Testing & troubleshooting of Modems , Routers & Switches
• Activating Routers & Modems
• Train L1 Agents and provide floor Support.

Prefer:

• Hands on experience on Networking and Router configuration
• Preferable Experience in working for a Provisioning process
• preferable Experience in working for IT/Telecom of BPO industry
• preferable Experience as L2 Support (Min 6 months)
• CCNA / CCNP certification will be an added advantage
